Tennessee Schools for the Deaf (TSD) has launched a new set of webpages on the COVID-19 virus with information from reputable sources and information in ASL and English about the impacts on TSD, including videos of the Superintendent's information.

TSD is committed to providing our students, staff, and the community important information in ASL and English as we are able to put it together. Keep and eye on our TSD COVID-19 webpage for updates from TSD.

Birth to Five Parent Outreach will be hosting an additional Ready, Set, Learn! on April 27th from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM at Wesley Memorial UMC in Johnson City, Tennessee. To register, click the link provided in the informational flyer.

Please join TSD Knoxville’s Upper School Art students as they host the annual TSD Youth Art Show. This event is free and open to the public on March 12th from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

TSD Knoxville will be OPEN on Friday, March 13, 2020. Students from Knox County who attend TSD should not report to school tomorrow because Knox County is closed due to health concerns.

Come one and come all to help us celebrate 175 years of Tennessee School for the Deaf on April 3-4! The 175th committee has a lot of fun events planned including the 175th BBQ Banquet, the "PAH!" Gala, and more. Please have your payments completed by March 6th, 2020 as payments will not be accepted at the door on the day of event. TSD Nashville will be closed Wednesday, March 4 through Friday, March 6, 2020 due to the severe weather experienced in the area on Monday night and Tuesday morning. Classes will resume on Monday, March 9, 2020.

The Upper School History Department is hosting a community-wide Chick-fil-A
Dinner Fundraiser on Thursday, March 5th, from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the
Dining Hall to raise money for events and field trips. Plates will be $6 each and includes nuggets, chips, drink, and dessert! Please see the flyer attached for more information.
