Page 14 Viking Swimming

 Lee Lamkin dives in the pool during a meet with Indiana School for the Deaf. TSD's swim team started in November 2007. There were 4 girls and 6 boys on our team. It was a big swim team. On November 30, 2007 during the Viking Classic Weekend, we had our first swim meet. We swam against Indian School for the Deaf (ISD). They beat us, but we had wonderful time anyway. We only had one meet this year. After Viking Classic Weekend, we asked Jeanne Fair, our coach, to help teach us to become a stronger team. We have been working on our diving, Free Style, and speed. She is an awesome coach. She is always positive and encourages us to swim the best. She encouraged Brook Watson to dive, and she made it! We had wonderful time with our swim team and coach this year.
