POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
Speech Language Pathologist

Under the direct supervision of the school Principal, the speech language pathologist is responsible for group and individual therapy. The speech language pathologist is responsible for maintaining and using FM equipment and/or filtered amplification equipment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Master's degree in Speech and Hearing
  2. Tennessee Teacher Certificate with endorsement in Speech and Hearing K-12
  3. Proficient in Sign Language at the level established for this position within TSD Sign Communication Program.
  4. Tennessee Driver's License and clean driving record

SALARY: $35,221 to $55,855 (depending on degree and years of service

The applicant selected for this position will be fingerprinted and required to have a TBI/FBI background check. In addition, background checks will be conducted through the Tennessee Registry of Sexual Offenders, Tennessee Registry of Abusers, and the Tennessee Child Protective Services Background Check.
